We promise to take back any product which does not satisfy the customer.

You are requested to return the products in saleable, unused and intact condition with all the accessories and in the original packing within 28 days from the date of order. All refunds will be made to the original payment method that you utilised during the purchase and excludes the cost of postage.

It may take up to 28 days for the refund to be processed after you return the products back to us.

If you have agreed for a refund, we will make sure that you get it back as soon as possible, we’ll inform you about this within 2 working days through our email, however, please wait for up to 5 working days for the money to reflect back in your account as the time that the money gets processed back in your account depends on your bank and not on our company.

All returns should be posted and are sent by recorded delivery as we do not accept any responsibility for parcels that do not arrive.
